Island Boat Days Limited is not responsible for any disputes arising from cancellations or refunds beyond the terms provided by the boat operator.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during boat tours.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the booking.
We act solely as a booking intermediary and are not responsible for the safety, performance, or quality of services provided by partner boat operators.
